The Box Butler Full Service Storage Pick-up and Delivery
At the Box Butler we take the self out of self storage. We do all the transporting and moving for you. Serving the greater New York City Area we offer hassle-free storage. Here’s how our full service storage service works:
- You let us know how many containers you need or what you will be storing
- We deliver the secure storage containers to you
- You put the items in the storage boxes
- We pick up your boxes and deliver them to our secure climate controlled storage facility
- We deliver the boxes back to you when you need them.

Storing Furniture & Other Items
Yes, we offer storage solutions for irregular sized items like furniture, sports equipment and your cardboard boxes or plastic containers. You don't need to use our boxes. We offer various room sizes for short and long-term storage. Plus we'll give you a discount for rentals over 6 months that includes up to 30 minutes of pick-up time for free! Delivery in 36 hours or less
In most cases, we can provide storage containers in 36 hours or less. There is no charge for our initial drop-off or pick-up provided you store with us for 6 months or longer. We return your boxes in 36 hours or less and in most instances our $25 charge will accommodate most deliveries in the greater Manhattan area. We can accommodate "rush" requests in as quickly as 6 hours for a modest surcharge.
For shorter storage periods, additional labor charges will apply.
Pick-up and Delivery Storage Welcome Kit
Each storage service Welcome Kit includes inventory forms. Use these forms to keep track of what you have in storage.
If you prefer, enter your storage item information into your personal online account for easy access.
Secure Storage Containers/Boxes
Every Box Butler storage box comes with a lock and unique serial number for maximum security. When you want to recall a container from storage, you simply reference your unique serial number, and your container is delivered back to you. If you use your own containers, simply label your container on the outside for easy recall.
Payment Methods
Our preferred payment method is by credit card. We accept Amex, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Your card is charged monthly and we bill you in advance, on the first day of your billing cycle. We offer a 10% discount for advance payment of 6 months or longer. We also accept check, money order or cash.
