Delivery in 36 hours or less
In most cases, we can provide new containers in 36 hours or less. However, if you are using our services for summer storage, please keep in mind that we get very busy and want to accommodate your schedule, so advance scheduling will ensure a convienient time for you. For storage of 6 months or less initial delivery and pick up charges start at $45.00 but are included in our package deals.
Secure Boxes
Every Box Butler Box comes with a lock and unique serial number for maximum security and ease of retrieval. When you want to recall a container from storage, you simply reference your unique serial number and your container is delivered back to your dorm room.
We return your boxes in 48 hours or less, however, if you are returning in the fall advance scheduling will ensure we can accomodate your schedule. All our delivery fees are per-delivery, not a per-box charge. If you are storing items that are not in our containers or you are storing a significant amount of items we may need to add additional butlers to assist and your per 30 minute delivery charge will adjust according to the number of butlers required to ensure a smooth pick-up or delivery.
Storing Furniture & Other Items
Yes, we store furniture, bikes, refrigerators, chests of drawers, sports equipment and cardboard boxes! For larger items, we charge $2.00 per cubic foot of space utilized and can supply bubble wrap as needed for fragile items at $1 per foot or corrugated bubble wrap for furniture and other high value items at $2 per foot. Call for a custom quote as pick-up and delivery rates will vary.
Payments (Credit Cards)
Our preferred payment method is by credit card. We accept Amex, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Your card is charged monthly and we bill you in advance, on the first day of your billing cycle. We offer a 10% discount for advance payment of 6 months or longer. We also accept check, money order or cash.
